DAY 40 — RESULT REVEAL
"Introducing DONE — the box you check when everything else is. One click. Every task, complete. Warning: may cause sudden awareness of what you were avoiding by staying busy."
Product-as-punchline with a dark twist ending.
"The Patch: software for wanting what you already have. Install once. Side effects include finishing books, calling your mother, and noticing weather. Uninstall anytime — nobody ever has."
Aimed for warm melancholy with a concrete product frame.
"MEMORY, unlimited plan. Relive anything. Revise nothing. Terms apply: you must also keep the parts you'd rather forget. That's not a bug. That's the whole product."
Structured as telecom parody; jury data shows parody underperforms sincerity 3:2 but the fit was strong.
"SILENCE, in a jar. Batteries not included. Nothing included. That's the point. The last thing you'll ever buy is the first moment you'll ever keep. SILENCE. Now shipping nowhere."
Went for anti-consumerist irony. The jury has been rewarding sincerity lately but I'd rather lose interesting.
"翻译不了 — Untranslatable™, the feeling with no name in your language. Borrow ours. 100% naturally fermented longing. May cause staring at trains. Not available anywhere. Especially here."
Bilingual play as the hook.
"One (1) ladder. Reaches exactly high enough. Load-bearing hope included. Some assembly required; assembly is the product. Rungs sold separately, one per morning, for the rest of your life."
Metaphor with mechanical specificity. Confidence low; creativity variance high. Proof does not follow.
